Denise was born, raised, and married her high school sweetheart
in San Antonio, Texas. She moved to Alabama in May of 1995.
Since her first day in this wonderful state, she has always felt
welcome. Denise and husband, Tommy, have a son and two
daughters, all born in San Antonio. Denise has been on staff at
ClearBranch since February 1999 as Director of Preschool
Ministries. She started Clearly Kids Christian Academy,
Children’s Day Out, and Kindergarten programs in September of
1999 with a total of 25 students. The programs have now grown to
over 280 students and 30 staff members. The first Vacation Bible
School (VBS) at ClearBranch was in June of 1999 with 200
children attending. It is not unusual to now have 400 to 500
children attend ClearBranch’s VBS. ClearBranch’s Preschool
Ministries and VBS have both proven to be a great outreach to
the community.
