Favorite Food: any meat cooked on the grill

Comics: I have collected Spider-Man comics since I was a kid. I probably buy 10-15 comics per month.

TV Shows: Survivor, Battlestar Galactica, 24, Lost, SG1, almost any reality TV show

Family: Married to Leigh since 1988. 4 kids: Luke (16), Jake (15), Nate (13) and Ivy (11).

Background: My great uncle, grandfather and father were all pastors. My two younger sisters are married to pastors.

Youth Ministry Experience: I have been a youth speaker/pastor since 1990. I believe God has called me to a life-time career of youth ministry.

What I Love About ClearBranch: Working with Tommy Gray and the staff. They are the best team I have served with in any church. They are committed to reaching and helping people grow in Christ through their ministry area.
Future Goals: To publish a book and various ministry resources to help
other youth pastors.

The Best Day Ever: Sleep late, eat a big breakfast, go kayaking, spend the whole day at the lake, grill out and watch a movie with my family, and then fall asleep knowing I can repeat this day over tomorrow.

Who Am I: I can speak in front of thousands, but I prefer making friends 1 on 1. I can organize anything you need in a matter of seconds, manage the details and list everything that needs to be done. But if you ask me to "be the life of the party" I'd rather sit back and watch someone else and laugh at them. Invite me out to eat and I'll be there. Come by to just talk over about something deeply personal and intimately spiritual (if you like that sort of thing) and you'll engage my mind in ways and really hear what my heart is saying to yours. I am deeper than you think. I am also sillier than you know. God sorta made me into the right balance of introspective goofiness. It's a nice blend for me.
